Almost Home Again and Gilman Phoenix House are community based residential facilities that focus mainly on mental health, although we have been known to care for clients with secondary AODA and/or physical health diagnoses. Our clients suffer from illnesses such as Borderline Personality Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Posttraumatic Stress Disorder, Anxiety Disorder, Depression, and Schizophrenia, to name a few.
We are privileged to work with this population and are committed to rehabilitation. This means that we concentrate on helping our clients become as independent as possible and return to their communities to lead healthy, fulfilling and productive lives.

Gilman Phoenix House
The purpose of Phoenix House is to help clients who’s most basic goal is to become stable, and provide them the start of a path towards independence.

Almost Home Again
Almost Home Again is just down the road from Phoenix House, and is where clients work on creating and following a daily program consistently.

Community House
Once a daily program is followed consistently, clients have the choice to move to Community House, where they fine-tune independent living and life skills.
